Religious Trauma Holiday Support Group
Holidays can be triggering, especially if you have a history of negative experiences associated with the Christian religious tradition that’s so often referenced this time of year.
Family conflicts over doctrine, increased religious imagery, or reminders of holidays past can flood us with feelings of stress, hopelessness, anxiety, and shame.
Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm
Limited 6-Week Group Meeting
Starting Dec 7, 2026
This group is for those that have experienced any flavor of Christian religious trauma or are on a path of deconstructing religious beliefs and want weekly support led by a licensed therapist during the holiday season with a group of others that get it. This group is focused on reducing isolation and increasing ability to process and cope with triggers that may come up, rather than discussing, enforcing, or diminishing any belief system.
If you feel alone, you don’t have to stay alone
